Who is she?
A new vision for a changing world, a responsible woman of power and integrity, auniversity professor, a published writer of many books, a wife and mother of two daughters, thebusiness owner of two day care centers, a publishing company, and a bookstore. She is listed inmultiple Who's Who publications, including American Women, Emerging Leaders, InternationalProfessional Business Women, World Women and has been selected for inclusion in TheInternational Directory of Distinguished Leadership.
Dr. Harder is seeking the Democratic nomination for the President of the United States for many reasons:- She is not a professional politician, but considers this to be her greatest asset -- she owes no favors.
- She realized that her Constitution promises the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness without government intervention, but she didn't see that happening. She feels that if, We the people, don't like the way things are being run in this country, that we should do something about it. By running for President, she says that "at least I can be sure that I've done all that I can do personally to make a difference in this country."
- Dr. Harder believes that many of our freedoms have been eroded. Inspired by our forefathers, she says "that they too had those same odds of making a government that was like no other on this planet in their day...but they had a cause, they had a purpose. and they decided to do it, and that's the same kind of thing that I chose to do."
- When Dr. Harder is told by people that she has a smallchance of getting into the White House, she responds, "If I don't run, I have no chance."
What she stands for:
- Honesty and integrity
- No more secrets
- Elimination of the dysfunctional legal system and bringing back justice
- Separation of Government from moral and religious issues
- Decentralization of the Federal government, empowerment of the people through individual responsibility
- All people are created equal
- Elimination of Income tax to be replaced by Sales Tax
- Alternative choices in Health Care
- Focusing on solutions, not the perpetuation of problems.
