Familiar with client-server networks, as well as international communication networks. Operated a software consultancy for twelve years.

Acted as Senior Editor at Harvard Journal ow World Affairs, as Managing Editor for Spectrum: The Policy Journal of the Kennedy School of Government, and ad Editor-in-Chief for The Steward: Journal of the Buffalo River Stewardship Foundation. Published numerous articles on policy issues. Interviewed the Governor of Hong Kong (HJWA III:1, 1994) and have published numerous other interviews.

Trained novices and experienced computer users in new software.

Gave lecture series on travel topics at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, Cambridge, MA. Led seminar "Advocates for Self-Government" at Harvard University.
