Who are we?
Himalayan Paper Works established in 1994 is one the leading manufactures of handmade paper
and its products. This has been attained by getting through understanding of our clients, customers
requirements. Our service extends from to its initial conception to timely supply and trustworthy
guarantee.
Our principle is to employ rural as well as urban women and disabled family for socio-economic development preserving the environment. Certain percent of our profit will be provided to community development, social activities.

Note Books A variety of traditionally Nepalese Handmade Lokta paper and recycled paper products available as stationary (Note book, letter pads, etc.) and as packaging (gift bags, gift boxes).
These unique paper using ancient tradition of Nepalese Paper making, it is made from the bark of Daphne Cannabina or Daphne Papyracea (plant Materials) The Lokta plant grows in Nepal at an altitude of 6500 to 10,000 ft. This materials has characteristics of regenerating after six year of cutting LOKTA paper is prized for its rough and attractive texture, strength, resistance to insect and can be saved for long period.

Recycled paper is 100% handmade and bleach free following the traditional method paper sheets
are made from used and reclaimed plant clippings, cotton, wool & thrown away papers. A large
variety of stationaries frames. Cards and Note-books are created from these papers. The ancient
Nepalese paper tradition is progressively being converted into the realisation of recycled paper. The
end of Lokta paper production helps to preserve our environment by the maintaining the nature
forest and sustaining a famous and valuable tradition.
